A permanent, part-time Occupational Health Nurse role based at Barton under Needwood, supporting employees' health and wellbeing while helping the business maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
The Role
Working 2–3 days per week, you will provide high-quality Occupational Health support, delivering a range of services designed to promote employee wellbeing and support a healthy workforce.
Your responsibilities will include health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, pre-placement screening, wellbeing initiatives and case management support. You will provide clear clinical advice, maintain accurate records and build strong working relationships with employees and management teams.
This is an autonomous role, with the support of a wider Occupational Health team, offering a great opportunity to make a genuine impact within a well-established workplace.

About You
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PIN
Previous experience within Occupational Health
Confident undertaking health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments
Able to work independently and manage a varied clinical workload
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Comfortable using Occupational Health systems and maintaining accurate clinical records
Desirable:
Occupational Health qualification
Experience in audiometry, spirometry and HAVS
Experience supporting workplace wellbeing programmes and vaccination campaigns
