Clinical Receptionist and Administrator

The successful candidate will be able to provide a range of administrative support. Maintaining records, databases and information systems and keeping up to date with software updates. Additionally, they will liaise with other departments and organisations in a professional manner, demonstrating the values of the MCL Group.
What you will do
Ensure relevant paperwork is ready for the patient’s arrival and that it is completed correctly
Provide clinical staff with any appointment needs
Ensure certificates are issued in a timely manner
Conduct weekly audits to make sure all appointments are closed
Scan paperwork from remote clinics
Take control of the logistical element of remote drug testing
Send all biological samples to the relevant laboratory
Take control of all laboratory results and send them to the correct OHP
Maintain and update electronic records, databases, and information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth clinical operations.

Good IT Skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 Products
